Our friends at Disney Food Blog have been telling us for quite a while about the new food trucks that have been arriving at Downtown Disney as part of the Disney Springs expansion and we’ve been drooling over everything from hand-dipped corn dogs to butter chicken to meatball sandwiches! DFB recently spotted a sign stating that the trucks will be finding a permanent home THIS SUMMER! Woo Hoo! As an homage to the new, super-cool food truck park, we’re showcasing THIS super-cool Taco Truck Taco Holder from Perpetual Kid! Whether a truck with tacos on the menu will make it into the park remains to be seen, but, for now, we’re giving a shout out to one of the Food Trucks that started it all: the one full of TACOS!
